Shipping policy

All items will leave the shop in 1-4 business days via USPS or UPS. We aim to ship custom orders in no more that 2-3 weeks but shorter/longer lead times will be discussed in our customization conversation!

PICK UP SERVICES

If you are local to Rosharon, TX you are more than welcome to pick up your items. As with shipped items, the goal is to have all items ready for pick up 1-4 business days after your payment has been received. Custom order pickup time and location will be determined at the time of completion. If pick up is not completed within 7 business days your item will be shipped. If we fail to have availability we will cover the cost of shipping. If you are not able to pick up your item at the determined time you will be responsible for shipping charges.
