Refund Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we generally are unable to accept returns or exchanges. The majority of our items are made to order and we hope all of our customers are satisfied! Custom orders canceled after production has begun will be limited to no more than a 50% refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After making contact with us at lyttleburpiesboutique@gmail.com and receiving an approval for your return; your return will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 572 Rosharon, TX 77583. Lyttle Burpies Boutique is not responsible for any shipping costs for returns or any lost packages. We recommend sending all returns back with tracking.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
As each garment is created by hand there may be slight variations in the fabric as well as the placement of designs. This is considered to be intentional and not a fault.
EXCHANGES
As all of our items are handmade to order, Lyttle Burpies Boutique does not accept exchanges and cannot refund for change of mind.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and it must still be in its original packaging. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us atlyttleburpiesboutique@gmail.com.
